Practice is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9pm at Graceland Park/ O'Donnell Elementary

If we switch to Leon Day Park (blue marker), a Captain will send out an email beforehand.

Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to practice to get cleated up as we begin AT 7pm.

Generally practices include:

Warmup ball handling drills, rucking drills, tackling and offensive drills, and scrimmaging.
